In my life, swimming isn’t just a sport- it’s my passion, my challenge, and my full-time commitment. On top of that, I’m also studying and pushing myself in other areas, which means I constantly have a lot on my plate. With all of this, stress naturally builds up, whether it’s from training, school, competitions, or just balancing everything at once.
That’s why I’ve developed my own self-care methods. These aren’t just little breaks—they’re essential tools that help me cope with the pressure, recharge my energy, and stay focused. From mental routines to physical resets, each method is a way for me to manage stress and keep performing at my best, both in and out of the pool.
Self-care isn’t just about relaxation. It’s about maintaining balance in a life that demands so much. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to give my all to the things I love most.
